Manage Corporate Development department, overseeing the Corporate, HR, and IT functions
Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals to support business growth and development
Review and implement policies and practices that are in compliance with the Employment Act
Responsible for meticulously managing action plan and annual budgeting, including manpower costs and expenses to ensure financial efficiency and strategic allocation of resources.
Manage partnerships with third-party vendors and internal department to manage Corporate Development related functions effectively
Lead corporate communications – both in writing and presentation, ranging from company websites, reports, HR policies to employee communications
Oversee projects to improve employee productivity and improve overall employee experience
Deliver advisory and support to the Executive Director and other stakeholders
Job Specifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Development or Human Resource Management
Well-versed with Employment Act and statutory guidelines
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR-leading practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Possess IHRP/ SHRM certification would be of added advantage
